Relationship Manager


  • Provide a professional, timely wealth management service to high-net-worth clients
  • Develop a long term relationship with existing clients, increase their loyalty and satisfaction, and explore new business opportunities with them
  • Receive orders from customers and forward them to dealers or place the orders on stock exchanges using trading terminals
  • Manage the on-boarding of new customers and expand our customer base
  • Assist in the roll-out of new financial products and services to customers
  • Work closely with investment managers to understand the latest trends in the market
  • Carry out SFC regulated activities in compliance with all applicable rules and laws


  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Economics, Finance or related disciplines
  • Qualified to conduct SFC regulated activities type 1 and 4; type 9 is highly preferred
  • Knowledge of investment products, especially equities and bonds
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Wealth Management or Premier Relationship Management with a bank or securities firm
  • Good interpersonal skills, fast learner, team player, independent, ability to handle multiple tasks and functional topic simultaneously
  • Self-motivated, independent, and able to work under pressure
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
  • Willing to travel to PRC on occasion
